Bio – “As a child, I never exercised and spent a lot of time indoors playing computer games and eating rubbish.
I remember at one point my parents were actually worried about my weight as I was extremely overweight and made no effort to change until I finally reached 16 years old, more aware of my body, I had enough of feeling like I couldn’t do anything about it and decided to get up, go to the gym and build my confidence.
It is the best decision I ever made! It transformed my life into something more, something better and led me to become the Personal Trainer I am today.
I got into personal training to help those who have been in the same situation as I was and want the proper guidance and coaching to achieve results and take back control of their health, fitness and body shape.”

Bio – “I have always been involved in exercise and activities. As a child, I used to attend Dance classes which kept me active but as I grew into a teenager, I became much more self aware. Being body conscious is something that I have found most women, especially at that age, have shared the same experiences as I did growing up and is what led me to embarking in this fitness world.
I may have started going to the gym for the usual goals we all set out for: to take control of my body shape and it did help me to achieve that but truthfully, what I gained was so much more than just skin deep!
Taking the time to go to the gym and investing that time in me, allowed me to explore who I was and what my body was capable of doing and it taught me to become so much more confident in my own skin.
